Project Overview & Introduction
“Vertex360 Worker & Manager Mobile App is a role-based mobile application designed for NDIS providers to manage daily field operations. The app supports both support workers and managers within a single codebase, delivering features for shift execution, timesheets, participant access, and real-time coordination.
I built this application independently from scratch, covering UI/UX implementation, role-based flows, API integration, Firebase services, AI features, and successfully publishing the app on both the App Store and Google Play.”

Description: Workers can view assigned shifts, locations, and schedules in real time.
Participant Information & Incident Reporting
Description: Access essential participant details, care information, and notes while on duty. Create and submit incidents directly from the mobile app with dynamic form.
Manager Dashboard & Shift Management
Description: Managers can log in using the same app and access management-specific screens with real-time data. Manage shifts directly from the mobile app. Managers can track open, in-progress, and completed shifts.
